The effective Institute of Intercultural Competence in Singapore:

What could have been more obvious than founding our institute in a city where people have been living intercultural competence for decades?

The inhabitants of Singapore are an example for what will be increasingly significant for global companies: the ability to understand and accept other cultures and feel secure and move without fear in these surroundings, in order to put the available business potential into effect.

The prime objective of this institute is to collect intercultural knowledge, prepare and equip the staff of globally operating companies and hence, enable the acquisition of intercultural action skills.

With intercultural action skills:

  • business decisions gain a lot concerning quality
  • potential business opportunities can be brought into action best
  • misunderstandings and the associated costs can be avoided
  • the working environment of the global enterprise can be improved
